Server logs are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Contact by email or contact form is based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Necessary storage (language, cookie notice) is processed under § 25(2) TTDSG without consent.
3. Data collected
When visiting, technically necessary server logs are processed (IP address, date/time, URL, referrer, user agent, status code). When contacting by email or contact form, the data you send is processed (name, email address, optional phone number, package selection, message and technical metadata). Contact form inquiries are delivered by SMTP email and are not stored in a database.
4. Local storage
The browser stores: NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, language) and cookie-consent-v1 (localStorage, cookie notice confirmation). See the Cookies page for details.
5. Cookies
Only technically necessary cookies are used. No tracking, marketing or analytics cookies. Full list at /cookies.
6. Retention
Server logs are typically kept for up to 30 days by the host and then deleted or anonymised. Email correspondence is retained according to legal requirements if a business relationship arises.

9. Hosting
The website is hosted in the EU. A data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Fonts are loaded locally via next/font — the browser does not fetch Google Fonts.
